Ads served via HTTP on HTTPS sites, causing mixed content warnings #4

Here is the error I get, and that blocks ads from being displayed:

(program):2 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://jeherve.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://adserver.adtechus.com/addyn/3.0/9534.1/3563432/0/225/ADTECH;loc=100;target=_blank;key=key1+key2+key3+key4;grp=[group];misc=1464006674246'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

This should be fixed a while ago, via changes in the ad server setup (not linked to a specific commit).
