Updating tag documentation to include information about commas and separators #110

Based on the internal discussion p2XJRt-2Fi-p2 I've updated the documentation to include information about excluding commas from future tag names. It also adds information about using white space and commas as separators when adding tags to a note from a client.

@dmsnell That's a good question. My thought was that we could leave them. If the tag is ever renamed we could strip out commas then.
