Thanks @SaidElBakkali for the pull request.

It seems that you have based your pull requests from your fork’s master branch. Consequently, the changes you added to the master branch, and you did not intend to be there, now show up in the pull request.

I suggest that you delete your _s fork all together, and re-fork it again. Then, create a new branch, make the modification you want, and send your pull request from this newly created branch.

Thus, when your pull request get merged, you can delete this branch, and keep your master branch clean for future pull requests.
