Short Codes within theme appear to overlap sticky header #1443

Hello.

I'm using a version of underscores which has Tailwind CSS integrated, and i'm not too sure who would be more responsible for fixing this weird bug so i've raised it with both of you on github.

I've using two different plugins, Ninja Forms and Site Reviews (both latest versions), however when you attempt to scroll with a sticky header, if you have short codes within the gutenberg editor, it appears to cause the short code widgets to overlap the sticky header at the top as you can see with the contact form.

if anyone could please look into this, would be brilliant. bug home

Difficult to say without seeing the code. It'd say it's not an underscore issue since the theme is only a starting point for your theme development. If change in your CSS is needed (for example because of plugins), do so.
