refresh scrollbars

Hello Guillermo Sorry this might be a little bit messy, this is the first time I am doing a pull request I added a refresh method to the antiscroll api to refresh scrollbar when content is added or removed, I updated the demo page to see these changes in action

Let me know what do you think
