Shouldn't the scrollbar buttons be present on windows? #22

On Mac, we have very nice.. no, we have world-class trackpads and inertial scrolling. On Windows, scrolling isn't too hot. So I think it'd be best to maintain scroll up/down buttons for them. They are butt-ugly, so it'd be good to have something that looked better.

Something like Spotify scrollbars could be done: Spotify scrollbars

They can click and drag if needed.
