No track background? #4

In Lion when you mouseover the scrollbar,the track background will be show and you can click it to up or down scroll the page. Sorry but i don't know whether it is called this name,do you know my words about the "track background"?

Yeah I definitely want this. In addition to being able to click alongside the track and triggering scroll.

Track background is gone in OS X :P Closing
