Also having the exact same error. Disabling WooCommerce removed the warning.
Currently trying to use Babble for my sisters WooCommerce site. Current issue I'm having is that I'm unable to visit the product page because of "Please specify a target term_id" exception. Looking into it.
Never mind on that one. To fast testing things out and forgot to set the languages.
@markoheijnen Are you able to use Babble with WooCommerce? I had to stop trying because I was getting nowhere. Just wondering if it's time to give Babel another try.
I'm just testing things out now. Unsure when you got the warning since I just started.

When I deactivate babble, the warning disappears. It displays both front and back
