This is a collection of mini-fixes from a bug bash. These can all be fixed together, so just documenting together!
[x] Put a limit under 255 chars on the dupe search input field (and when parsing from the URL). Nothing fancy is needed -- this is just a really high upper limit to not send silly searches to the server. maxlength is plenty!
[x] The search error icon isn't colored -- we should make it red?
[x] In the dupe search error copy, let's suggest refreshing the page. That fixes any token issues.
[x] The focus visible outline is a bit cut off in the dupe search results
