What Does This PR Add/Change?

Fixes:

Adds maxlength to search inputs
Cleans up the copy and style for errored search results
Fixes focus outline on search results
Adds some min-width to more info columns (so that flex doesn't bully small ones!)

@john-legg As a heads up, I'm going to just merge this one because I am trying to get a more up-to-date deploy on MC to show people form other teams! These are very uncontroversial lol, so probably don't need review, but if you want to take a look, feel free and I can make any tweaks later!
