[Feature Request]: Sort issues by Date Modified/Date Updated #129

"What": What is your idea?
Being able to sort by Date Modified/Date Updated would be useful.

"Why?": Why would this be impactful?
From my past experience, I am often looking that 1) a duplicate issue exists, and 2) the most recent one which is active.
"How?" How should this feature work?
