[Bug]: Voice over inline error too soon for issue type form field #15

Quick summary

When VoiceOver reads over the options for Type, it triggers the inline error ("You must pick an issue type") on the second radio button (Feature Request), announces the error, and doesn't continue reading the third option.

You can still hit this, but with the new design, it's much less likely. Dropping to low.
