Quick summary

We should allow a12s to be directed to the ActivityPub repo whenever they want to report issues with the ActivityPub feature.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to bugomattic
  2. Click on the button at the bottom of the page to clear data.
  3. Follow the flow to report a bug, search for "fediverse" or "ActivityPub" => You should be directed to the automattic/wordpress-activitypub repo
