Include three new labels:

We should create three separate labels:

• [Feature] Site Navigation (for /sites)
• [Feature] Hosting Dashboard (for /overview)
• [Feature] Classic Interface (for /wp-admin)

New issues should open in WP-Calypso

This will make it easier to maintain this new feature. Context: pfsHM7-1fi-p2#comment-1628

I tried to look up the keywords I suggested above but I do not see anything familiar. Shouldn't we have three new sections like these below?

Try clicking on the button to clear cache data at the bottom of the Bugomattic screen, and let me know if that helps!
