"What": What is your idea?

Directing folks to the "best" channel to discuss their issue is a great idea but sometimes, the best next step is to simply report a bug. Let's add an escape hatch in step 3, "Next" that does this

"Why?": Why would this be impactful?

Sometimes all you want to do is report a bug or feature request.

"How?" How should this feature work?

What repo would we use in this case? Some teams have defined a p2 or a Slack channel for bug reports, but have not defined any GitHub repository either because they do not use one, or do not want external teams to submit bugs to it. Ideally the only support channels listed in Bugomattic would be channels where the teams are present and triage all bugs regularly.
