This PR updates the order of the steps. Previously, the Type and Title step is the second step, but now it will be the first step.
There are no changes on the functionality itself, the flow should still work as expected!

Testing Instructions
I updated the tests as much as possible! But, because of the issues with M1/M2 on Canvas node, I had to remove it from the packages. There are 2 failing issues related to the confetti, if you could pull the branch and run yarn test I would appreciate it!
