Checkbox fields in Camptix Attendees shortcode #198

Values for this kind of field are stored into an array, when adding checkbox fields into the questions attribute shortcode, there are not rendered (Array is output) and a notice error is thrown. To avoid this, i suggest to output a comma separated list of values
