The NPS block always pops up when previewing a post.
This can be frustrating for people if they are trying to preview their post content and not the design of the page

Lets see if there is something we can do to conditionally show the NPS block when previewing. One suggestion would be to only show the block when the Preview button is pressed on the block itself.
