had to tweak babel version becasue the newer version was throwing errors(not entirely sure why yet, but mirrored Calypso)
updated lodash
adds CompactCard component
updated path on zillions of lodash imports

lgtm! I don't quite understand the babel version downgrade but I'm sure there's a good reason. Also typically I would prefer to see the lodash changes committed separately from the new components, just to keep things isolated and easy to understand.

@gravityrail Same, but I got carried away and most of the changes are pretty small.
