Refactoring some of the plugin to allow for more flexibility later #25

I'll merge this as is for now, so I can keep working on other things.

Worth noting that for now, I commented out the check that looked if we already had information about a user before to fetch new information about them on GitHub. This will allow us to fix the issues we had with names on the existing logging site.
