Used <pre> tag instead of <code> tag in readme.txt. #55

In plugin page Gutenberg Ramp the code example section does not looks good due to <code> tag not rendering.

So, Used <pre> tag instead of <code> tag.

I think the readme.txt file is generated from file README.MD.

Thanks @maheshwaghmare - could you refresh https://wordpress.org/plugins/gutenberg-ramp/ now and let me know if you're still seeing the bad code fencing? I already updated it a little while ago...
