Remove `hidden_checkbox` from pages #23

At the moment, the hidden_checkbox is visible for both pages and post. As pages are not listed on the homepage by default, showing that checkbox in the page editor can lead to confusion as checking the checkbox will not change anything. Therefore, I suggest removing the checkbox from the page editor.

Closing as this PR is no longer needed once #25 had been merged.
