Calypsoify: Screen options missing on widgets page

Steps to reproduce

• Start with a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site
• Install Jetpack and setup Jetpack
• Visit /wp-admin/widgets.php and notice that Screen options is available at the top
• Visit /wp-admin/widgets.php?calypsoify=1

What is expected

The Screen options available on the Calypsoified (Calypsoify) interface as well, like how it does on the non-Calypsoify interface (image below)

What happens instead

The Screen options section is nowhere to be seen.

Extra infromation

Without Screen options section on the Calypsoify interface, one cannot activate the Enable accessibility mode feature
