Business Hours Block: Use https://schema.org/openingHours

I use https://schema.org/openingHours as suggested in https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/10998#pullrequestreview-199613159

We attempted to fix this in https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/11358 but ran into some woes. :(

For this schema to work properly, and validate on Google we'll need to add some additional attributes to the block editor:

Required

• Business Type ( we can default to https://schema.org/LocalBusiness )
• Business Name ( we can default to blogname )
• Image ( we can provide a default placeholder )

Not required, but recommended

• Telephone
• Address
• Price Range

Telephone and address are available via the Contact Info block, but Business Hours will needs it's own set of info.
