What happens when you run the same test with a Core video block and with Jetpack's VideoPress feature disabled?
I tried uploading new videos using several different sequences:
Each time, I could not reproduce the issue. The issue did persist with the test video file I uploaded. I noticed the video block where I uploaded the original text video does not have the same block options as the other. Here is a video to show this:
Talk about odd... I tried on the user site to add the videos using the Video block, not the Videopress block and found that after adding each video (which showed up as a link only), if I click the undo button, the videos display properly and evenly. I've given this to the user as a workaround for now.
@tanjoymor Those do not appear to be regular column blocks. Do you experience the same issue with a core Video block (not added by any plugin like Coblocks)?

Steps to reproduce the issue
What I expected
I expect to see all three videos appear with the same height.
What happened instead
When loaded, the first two thumbnails are identical in height but the third thumbnail is shorter. A similar effect happens when single video blocks are nested within 4 columns.
