Beta Plugin: Figure out alternate restore endpoints #18416

If nothing else, learn how these work, and find a wahy to send creds from Jurassic to it.

I just checked the code and currently there is no way to queue a VaultPress restore job from the existing endpoints. I will create one and add an endpoint method to the api client.
