Docker: Install JT Scripts #22088

What

It would be greate if jetpack docker install also handled downloading and installing the requisite Jurassic Tube scripts so everything was handled all at once.

Or we could just include a copy of the JT installer in the monorepo (in tools/docker/bin/jt/) if we don't mind having to keep it up to date if JT updates it.

That makes sense to me. @sergeymitr is there any reason not to include the JT folder and installation scripts in the repo?

Could all of the JT code just move into the public monorepo?
