Jetpack Stats: add the option to show posts by likes as we do by views #28356

What

Similar to how popular posts by views are displayed in the Stats UI, show popular posts by likes.

Why

A user in 38508956-hc received a notification that one of their posts was their most popular post in 2022, and wants to be able to view that notification in context. Right now, we only show how many likes a post or page receives if you click on that post or page, but do nothing with that information.

How

We can list the top X posts/pages with likes, as we do for posts/pages with views, in the stats UI. Allow them to also be queried by day, month, year etc as the other stats are.
