Upgrade flow from My Jetpack [Social stand-alone]: Social sharing settings don't appear in editor sidebar #29535

After purchasing Social and making my way to the stand-alone UI. A customer is presented with the option to connect accounts. If they choose to "write a post" they're taken to the editor where no Jetpack social UI is found in the sidebar.

If this is intentional, we should consider adding a "Connect accounts" in the sidebar to promote action. Currently feels broken, which is a problem, especially if a customer purchased social.

@pablinos and I had a nice conversation about this, and we decided a nice compromise would be to auto-show the jetpack sidebar by default when a user clicks "write a post" from the stand-alone UI screen.
