Boost: Make reporting Cloud CSS gen errors easier for users #32085

In the past few days, I've noticed a couple of support forum threads, about failing to generate critical CSS:

Looking at the slugs of the threads, it seems that users are copying the main error they see.

Because of that, HEs have to ask for the specific error so it can be investigated further.

This creates a bit of a back and forth, and I think we can easily avoid this.

My suggestion is to add a new element to the UI, that allows users to one click copy the relevant error - like a "Copy error" button when the error appears.

This will make it easier for them to report the specific error.

Thinking about this further - it would be awesome, to automate this. Clicking a button would directly take the user to the support forum with pre-filled info. They would just have to click submit. Maybe? I'm not a 100% sure about this.

Maybe we could add such an element to all features?
