Workaround for the first bug: deactivating the Notifications panel. Which is a huge loss in functionnality.

When I open the contact bubble in Mailpoet, typing the letter "n" on the chat modal opens the Notifications panel. Mailpoet contact bubble is unusable.

That's a good catch, thank you! We should aim to overwrite existing default behavior on the page.

In Jetpack settings, when I click on "More info" on Notifications, it opens a webpage that fails due to too many redirections. I’m assuming the "More info" link is not properly formatted.

I can't seem to be able to reproduce that. The link seems to open just right for me. Could you let me know, so I can try to reproduce?

  1. Are you logged in to WordPress.com in that browser?
  2. What browser are you using?

Thank you!

Hi,

Apologies for the late answer, the last few months have been busy.

Considering what recently surfaced about Automattic selling user content to AI companies without compensating users, not clearly disclosing the sale to users, and the absence of communication from the company about this, I have decided to stop participating in the WordPress ecosystem.

I moved back to Ghost anyway, and I will move my online courses out of Sensei as well.

Thank you for your help.
