VideoPress: Some videos are filtered out before they can be rendered for email #34100

After D126650-code some videos are still not displayed on emails despite being public. After some tests, it seems that the post content being processed somehow filters those videos out, replacing them with empty blocks before they can be mapped to images.

@dhasilva Should we close this one in favor of #34099?

@jeherve Those are different issues. That one is for private videos only with inaccessible images, while this one is a lack of the block entirely and I'm not sure what causes it yet. .
