My Jetpack: Doesn't load on subsite for a multisite network #35555

To reproduce

Launch a multisite
Network activate Jetpack
- Expect to see the error reported in #35557 but Jetpack will be network activated
Visit a subsite.
Activate Jetpack
Expect an error
Connect Jetpack
Go back to wp-admin
Expect the My Jetpack menu item to be missing
