How

Considering Automattic owns both Jetpack and WooCommerce Subscriptions, we should create a path for folks who want to maintain their subscribers while expanding their business beyond WordPress.com/Jetpack paid content offerings through WooCommerce.

Since it's still a niche need, we could at least make an export option that is compatible with https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-subscriptions-importer-exporter

I received a request for this sort of functionality in 7976737-zen where the customer asked for a way to migrate their supporters over to a Woo solution without the need to have all their supporters reestablish billing agreements with them.
