This is mostly an exploration to see if it works correctly. All to handle the 3rd party cookies disabled.

Let's add a call to document. requestStorageAccess() after the first interaction by the user. After the request is granted, load the REST proxy iframe and start sending REST requests through it.

In Safari the request is for now being rejected when in a wordpress.com/public-api.wordpress.com scenario (e.g., Calypso), test it.
