Newsletter: Survey to current users

We want to conduct a research study for the Newsletter, both Jetpack and Dotcom. We aim to gather insights from users to:

Assess user satisfaction

• Understand how satisfied users are with the current Newsletter feature
• Identify the most and least appreciated aspects of the feature

Understand users’ pain points and areas where they feel the feature could improve

• Understand user goals
• Discover why users have a newsletter

Learn about the goals they aim to achieve with their newsletters

• Identify future needs
• Gather insights on what features users would find valuable in the future.
