What

I would like to propose that we move the Download this video option away from the sharing options and to the front of the VideoPress block.

How

Currently, the video download option is hidden away under the sharing settings as shown below:

I propose that we move this to a more prominent spot at the front of the VideoPress block provided that sharing and download options are enabled for the block.
