VideoPress: Include Option to Prevent Forced Full-Screen on Mobile

When opening a VideoPress-hosted video on a mobile device, the video opens in full-screen mode by default with no other option. It would be preferable to have a setting to control that for those that would prefer it open with the content still visible on the screen.

Would really appreciate if this was set to a higher priority because it seems that they will solve every other issue before attending to this simple problem...

Device: iPhone X / iOS 12.1.4 Browser: Chrome (happens in Safari as well)

Steps to reproduce:

Add a video from Media Library to a page.
View the page.
Click on the play icon to play the video.

What I expected: the video to play within the player on the page. What happened: the video went right away to Fullscreen Mode.

Tap on the Disable/Enable Fullscreen Mode icon in the lower right corner of the player to disable Fullscreen Mode.
Play the video.

What I expected: the video to play on the page. What happened: the video again went right away to full screen.
