Post to Twitter/Facebook #186

Provide an option to simultaneously post a Liveblog entry to Twitter/Facebook/other.

By default, the first X characters of the entry should be used for the content of the status update, but that should be configurable per service.

Relying on Keyring might be a good idea for social connections.
