Homepage Blocks: Article-by-article headers #56

Right now you can set a custom header on a section of homepage blocks. But it would be helpful to be able to do the same on an article-by-article basis.

@rickybanister made a good point that this should 'live' with the post -- so it might need to be a post meta field that you can optionally show on the front page (and perhaps edit from there?).

Feedback related to this from one charter site:

Slugs should be pulled in automatically if present (“Slugs” would be 1-3 word markers above the headline that express the flavor of the story. Ex thecity.nyc has slug like “Law and Ardor” as well as more generic ones like “Special report”)
