Skip NextGEN Gallery content and shortcodes #116

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Running the Newspack Content Converter plugin on posts that have NextGEN Gallery shortcodes, or galleries that were migrated from NGG, can cause those galleries to either break or lose images.

Describe the solution you'd like If a post contains shortcodes, NCC should skip that post.

Describe alternatives you've considered An input field where NCC prompts the user, "What code should we identify and skip?" That way, specific shortcodes aren't hardcoded into NCC's skip list.

Music Ally lost a lot of their PDF embed shortcodes due to this conversion; this issue might've been helpful to avoid it. cc @mjonasftc
