Point WPAuthenticator to 1.30.0 #124

WPAuthenticator 1.30.0 changes the API of WordPressAuthenticatorDelegate.

It would be necessary to pin the dependency with WPAuthentictor to 1.30.0 and update AuthenticatorManager to use the new API
