The plugin should catch and respond to Mailchimp API errors.

[x] Failure to send a campaign for any reason.
- [x] e.g. empty segment
[x] Failure to send a test email. Mailchimp limits the number of test emails that can be sent per day, so this one is particularly important.
[x] Invalid Mailchimp API key.
[x] Failure to set Mailchimp List.
[x] Failure to set Mailchimp Group.

As well as other errors:

I believe these are all addressed now, with the exception of post-publish error notification which is being tracked here: https://github.com/Automattic/newspack-newsletters/issues/126
