Add Custom Bylines

There are a couple requests for the ability to customize the bylines.

Per this Slack request from Wisconsin Watch:

on a specific post instead of the byline saying “by Joe Smith” I want it to say “Reported and translated by Joe Smith,” or “Reported by Joe Smith and translated by Jane Doe.” We have the Co-Authors plus plug-in, so I can assign multiple authors, but I want to assign a specific role, while still having the story link to the author’s bio page.

On our old Largo site we had a field called “Custom Bylines” where we could type any text in the field and it would override the authors assigned using Co-Author’s Plus. (yet still assign the story to the author’s bio page.) It was really handy when we wanted to do a custom byline.

Cityside also said they'd like to have an option for Custom Bylines.

Note that there was a PR to manage migrating these bylines from Largo and CoAuthors Plus in the Custom Content Migrator.
