feat: remove period from copyright

Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

This change is tiny, and removes the period from the copyright line. It really doesn't make sense to force it, and if a publisher wants it, they can edit the Footer Settings > Copyright Info field to change it.

See #1286.

Apply PR.
Confirm the period is gone from the footer.
