Not liked comment should use the empty star icon #215

In the Reader, and on the Android app, we use the empty star Gridicon to indicate 'not liked'. We should be consistent in Notifications on the web.

Currently:

Should be:

screen shot 2018-01-17 at 12 17 15 pm

After liking the comment, the icon should change to the filled star icon.
