l18n plurailization issue #70

Strings generated from here doesn't support pluralization for other locales.

A similar issue was reported for BuddyPress: https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/7275.

Looking at https://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/7275/7275.01.patch, apparently the Moment.js library (used by o2) does support proper plural forums if the appropriate locale is loaded: http://momentjs.com/docs/#/i18n/.
