Swiping down doesn't work as expected sometimes on the podcast playing screen #671

Description

Sometimes swiping down on the podcast playing screen doesn't work as the up-next section appears instead and so another swipe down is needed to dismiss the podcast player.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

I could not reproduce it consistently but if we switch between up next and podcast player screen a few times as shown in the video, we can notice this issue occasionally.

It's absolutely insane that it's been over 10 months and this issue has not been rectified till now.

Sometimes bugs are just hard to fix, I wonder what fixed it tho 🤔

It hasn't been fixed till now. I've been facing this issue for months and was about to create my own bug report but saw this instead. Devs, this is important, please prioritise this.

I wonder if this could be related to the first swipe to open the Up Next queue not working issue (https://github.com/Automattic/pocket-casts-android/issues/371).
