Ringtone Is Suppressed When a Phone Call Comes In #1180

Description

When a phone call comes in, playback stops, but the ringtone does not come on or the volume is too low.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Play a podcast in the app
  2. Ask someone to call you
  3. Note that the ringtone volume seems to be very low

App Version: 7.49 Device: iPhone12,1 OS: 17.0.3

When using Pocketcasts an incoming call will silence the audio on the podcast but there is no ringtone on the phone or in the headphones on bluetooth.
