Keep scroll position in show notes #707

Expected behavior

When I have the show notes open and navigate out of Pocket Casts (usually by tapping a link that opens in Safari), going back should retain my scroll position in the show notes.

Actual behavior

The show notes always scroll back to the top.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Open show notes which are long enough to scroll.
  2. Scroll down.
  3. Switch to a different app (or just to the home screen).
  4. Switch back to Pocket Casts.
Tested on iPhone 12 mini, iOS 16.3, Pocket Casts 7.31 (7.31.0.3)
